Resources

My Dwelling Place should not be used to ask for any professional help or advice, and will not provide you with such. If you are in a bad place right now, I would encourage you to seek aid from foundations like the “Foundry” which have greater resources to help struggling youth. If you are in immediate danger, please call emergency services at 911.

Here are a number of other mental health resources to go to if you are seeking deeper help or crisis intervention.

  • 9 - 8 - 8 Suicide Crisis Helpline
    • A bilingual Helpline you can either call or text, which is available all across Canada, 24/7. They are informed dealing with trauma, and provide appropriate suicide prevention support.
